Our Unearthly Love

And maybe we'll meet someday
When things aren't as bad as they are today,
Maybe we'll look at each other and pass fake smiles
And ask eachother how we have been doing since our last day,
Maybe we'll answer with a “Fine !” ,without matching our eyes.
For both of us are well aware,
That our eyes still haven't learnt to lie!

And then we would be surrounded in a situation more complex than jigsaw puzzles,
With hearts dripping out of emotions
Yet to be labelled.

We do not indicate each other of all the messages that we have unsent
Neither do we let us know of how the deleted contact is yet the only one that stays in our hearts forever deeply scribbled,

Conversation gradually tries to fade away
For voices have begun to choke
And words have reached their full stops,

We know our story was just at its coma stage
But that is what the worst part was.

It seems to be a blend of death and life
It gives you hope but keeps you reminding that things aren't the same as the good old times,
We want to cease our tears and give way to our fake smiles.

So we just try exaggerating our emotional  scenario
So that at least it fits within the picturesque time.

We know not what we are meant to be
What we know is that We aren't just meant to be a we !

Whatever is written in the fate
We finally decide to
Let it be !

We imprison our hearts within our cages of ribs
Beneath the multiple layers of our scarred flesh,
So that both of us could again pretend to be unaffected by each other's existence,
So that we can mute the voices of greatest poundings which both of us could possibly ever hear.

Things seem to have become more controversial than unsaid speech.
For we carry within us planned emotions for situations than are merely hypothetical to the human reach.

We gradually prepare ourselves for a day
That probably our eyes wouldn't ever have the fate to see.
But yet we hope !

No matter how the things have turned their ways
Our beliefs still dwell at the very same vulnerable coma stage,
So we decide to drag our fragile hearts until it's finally
'The end' of the tale.

And till then we will mute our hearts
Sealing them with tapes of Ego and fate,
Till then we will cage them beneath our layers of beautifully decorated fading sheets of skins,
Till then we'll happily pretend.

We'll multiply our fake dopamines
And divide our emotional
vulnerable mess.
I'll add fake roses to my cheeks and lips,
So that I appear to glow without your presence
And you?
You add the flavour of fake humour to your present sense.

And likewise both of us
Would probably be able to survive
The lives deprived loved-wise
To the day
When Our souls will finally fly away and our hearts finally rest with bodies just left to decay,
Our tale of unearthly love will forever remain;
It'll age through centuries like fine wine
And wait until its protagonists finally come back to where they began
But this time, aware of the end
And yet
To have another sip of it again!
